Mental health is a result of many different factors
Mental health is shaped by one’s personal growth and development throughout life. It is influenced by many factors: individual characteristics and experiences, social interactions and societal structures, resources, and cultural values.
Another significant factor impacting mental health are community values and individual attitudes: how mental health disorders are treated, whether people with mental health problems are stigmatised, how much people respect each other, how well fairness and equality are achieved.
Our mental wellbeing varies from day to day. Stress can build up excessively in the rush of studies and everyday life. It is important to pause and take advantage of the small moments in everyday life that help us to relax.
